A PDF, TIFF, or PNG at the highest quality you have. If all you have is a phone photo or a rough idea, send that instead and we will work out whether it can carry the size.
No. One poster is a real order. Runs get better per unit pricing, but a single piece gets the same proof and the same care.
Yes. Plenty of jobs start as a description rather than a file. We design it, you approve the proof, then it prints.
